Seth Malley currently serves as Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager of Beverages for Walmart Stores. He is responsible for the merchandising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Water, Isotonics, Tea, Juice, Energy Drinks, Ready to Drink Coffee and Powdered Soft Drinks in the United States.
Seth began his career with Walmart in May 2006 as a college intern on the Seasonal Candy Merchandising Team. After college, Seth returned to Merchandising and held various buying positions throughout the Food organization, most recently in the Frozen Food Department.
Seth received his B.S. in Business Administration from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He currently lives in Bentonville, Arkansas, with his partner Luke and their Miniature Schnauzer, Sam.
Jeff is the Executive Vice President of Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal for Walmart, US (Stores and eCommerce). In this role, he is responsible for leading a number of categories, including electronics, gaming, toys, and all things seasonal.
Jeff joined Walmart in 2006 as Vice President responsible for Sam’s Club Apparel. In 2009, he moved over as Vice President of Men’s Apparel for Walmart US. Jeff held this position until 2011 when he moved from New York to Bentonville, Arkansas and was promoted to the Senior Vice President role for Men’s Wear, Children’s Wear, Shoes and Apparel Strategy. While in that role, Jeff was named the 2014 GMM of the year. In 2017, Jeff took on the role of Senior Vice President of Home Merchandising for Walmart US. In August, 2017, Jeff took on the role of Senior Vice President of Home Merchandising for Walmart US.
Jeff lives in Bentonville with his wife, Krista, and three daughters, Nicole, Alexis, and Amanda. Jeff is very involved in several charities including serving on the board for the Benton County Boys and Girls Club.
Previous to his time with Walmart, Jeff worked for Filenes, a division of May Department Stores for 16 years.
Chandra Holt is the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising and Integration Officer for Walmart.com. In this role, Chandra is responsible for delivering a seamless online experience to customers while also integrating teams to create Walmart's first omni-merchandising organization.
Chandra joined the team in 2020 after spending two years leading SamsClub.com as its Chief Operating Officer. In Chandra's four-plus years with Sam's Club, she advanced every business she managed, starting with reinventing Member's Mark, the company's private label. She then led the Grocery category and rounded out her Sam's Club experience by leading Samsclub.com, where she drove 32 percent sales growth in FY20.
Prior to joining Sam’s Club, Chandra held various leadership roles in merchandising at Walgreens including DMM of Food. While at Walgreens, Chandra also led the first US“Red Nose Day” which raised $20M for charities around the world. Prior to working at Walgreens, Chandra spent ten years at Target in both merchandising and inventory management leadership roles. Chandra started her career at Campbell Mithun (McCann Worldwide), a marketing agency in Minneapolis, MN.
Chandra holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Carlson School of Management. Chandra earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
